Pacific Coast Senior & Family Championships

Matches will begin no earlier than 8:00 a.m. each tournament day. Players must be prepared to play at any time during the tournament when they register (unless a special scheduling request has been submitted - see below).

The tournament will be using its best efforts to schedule around special requests.  Since the number of entries determines the number of days needed to run the event, it is possible that less days will be needed for the tournament.

Regardless of when any event starts, all of the finals will be played on either Sunday or Monday.

Matches in the Family Divisions (Father-Son; Father-Daughter; Mother-Son; Mother-Daughter) will begin no earlier than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday or Friday.

Matches on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will begin no sooner than 8:00 a.m.

All finals shall be played on Sunday or Monday.

Request for Special Scheduling

The tournament will use its best efforts to accommodate scheduling requests if the request is provided before entries close. Please sent special scheduling requests in writing to Tournament Referee Bard Rickey ( or Director of Tennis Morten Christensen (

Please be as detailed as possible in your request. For example, let us know the date of the conflict and the time by which you must be off the court and what time you could play again later that day.
