The BTC Juniors… The Berkeley Tennis Club takes its Junior members earnestly. Tennis Director Lynne Rolley, Assistant Pro Kim Lackey and Board of Director and Assistant Pro Jim Landes were driving forces behind the Club’s stated intent to keep the program energetic and growing. Under the guidance of Lynne, tennis clinics for youngsters of all ages (members and nonmembers) were offered year-round. The Club also fielded a team for play in the Junior Tennis League late last year (2006). |

This year, the George Tittmann Award was given to Nick Lautoa, the BTC Junior who best demonstrated determination, improvement, citizenship, and sportsmanship throughout the year. |
The Club offers private and semi-private lessons as well as group programs for juniors of all ages and abilities. Private lessons are available year-round from either Lynne, Jim or Kim. Lynne Rolley also offers year-round clinics for after school hours in the fall, winter and spriing. During the summer months with Ashley Rolley, the BTC offers a Summer Program of 8 sessions for kids ages 6 to 18. The 2008 Summer Program week long sessions run from June9 through August 3.
